Terms & Conditions

This Registration Form is a contractual agreement between the registrant and Neotelis.

All registrations carry a 20% liability immediately upon submission of the Registration Form. However, if unable to attend, substitutions can be made. Failure to notify Neotelis of non-attendance 7 days prior to the start of the Training carries a liability for the full price of the course.

Neotelis will strive to promptly notify participants of any changes and, if necessary, reschedule the training course.

You must read and agree to the 1) Required Technical Configuration and 2) Terms and Conditions for Usage of and Participation in a Neotelis Virtual Classroom Training before participating in the Virtual Classroom Training. Note: The standard start time of Virtual Classroom Training sessions is 09:00 Eastern time (Montreal/New York time).

Once you have registered, you will receive an email about how to test your system to ensure that you are able to participate in the Virtual Classroom Training. This test must be conducted on the same computer as you will use during the actual Virtual Classroom Training. If any technical problems occur after a successful technical test is completed, the cost of the training cannot be refunded. Neotelis will make reasonable efforts to ensure that you can access the training content that you may have missed due to technical issues.
