EFFECTIVE INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUES

Description

A 10-day Training Program to provide participants with the tools and techniques to plan, conduct and evaluate effective training sessions.

  • Provide participants with the knowledge and tools to deliver effective training sessions
  • Sharpen the participants ability to ensure that their training sessions achieve the required learning outcomes
  • Build participants confidence in designing and delivering training sessions
  • Allow participants to practice planning, structuring and conducting training sessions

  • Workshops:
    • Using the techniques and methodologies presented by the trainer and described in the training manual, the participants will conduct three separate practice training sessions in a simulated environment
    • Each participant’s performance during these three practice training sessions will be assessed against criteria described in a Practical Session Evaluation Sheet
