TELECOM BILLING MEDIATION I

Description

A 5-day Training Program to provide participants with a comprehensive guide to telecommunications billing mediation, encompassing the entire billing mediation end-to-end processes with a major focus on the interfaces with Operation Support Systems (OSS), Business Support Systems (BSS), network management and Customer Relations Management (CRM).
